"Beauty from Ashes Workshop" 

"LOVER OF YOUR SOUL!"

aims to reconnect you to your inner being and 
to release and express your deepest feelings through dance and movement.

(No previous dance experience is required).

The workshop will include a background talk, warm up and various levels of expression and interpretation
 of meditation, praise, joy and life's journeys through movement.

Janet Froman, dancer, teacher & choreographer, danced with Pact Ballet, Capab, Bat Dor in Israel and has 
freelanced in Germany, Holland and Canada.  Some of the personalities she has had the opportunity to work with
 include Margot Fonteyn, Gordon Mulholland, Richard Chamberlain and Choo San Goh.

Janet teaches and hosts seminars and has enjoyed success in Honk Kong and University of the Nations in Hawaii.  
Twice winner of SA Championships, Janet was nominated for the Woman of the Year Award.  
She founded the Royalty Trust for the Performing Arts to facilitate theatre exposure to disadvantaged groups.
