TRANSFERS
LAUNCHES
Full tours include 3 launches as part of the package. Additional launches can be
booked and paid for in Ponta at R190per launch. Launches may be cancelled due to
bad weather/seas, in which case there will be no refunds. On
the afternoon of arrival, clients
will need to attend a snorkelling course and in the evening before dinner, you
will be briefed on a strict Code of Conduct which details rules and
regulations that have to be followed while interacting with wild dolphins.
Both the snorkelling course and the
briefing are compulsory and are scheduled for approx. 3 and 5pm on the day of
arrival.
Note that we will only be snorkelling with the dolphins (not diving with
full diving gear) and we only go out to the backline where the resident
bottlenose pod feed and play. Depending
on the size of the group, there are usually two groups launching each morning
with alternating times on each day.
SCUBA
DIVING

Karen
Smith will
be facilitating kids entertainment on this tour. A specialist in the
field of group dynamics, facilitation and project management within the coporate
world, Karen also a mother of three beautiful and highly interactive children.
After many years within the coporate environment, she has now started her
own company, solo-conexion. Her
aim, with focused workgroups, training programmes, and motivational speaking, is
for people to be able to contstantly express themselves truthfully in a creative
and holistic manner, to find balance and satisfaction internally in order to
interact with the external world. She
focuses on going within and connecting with that spark of creation each of us
hold within, our playful and fun side, the side that makes us smile, giggle and
laugh. Through the years she has
researched child development, and has developed various playshops for children
to partake in, including goalsetting and creative self expression by using
movement, music, creative arts and nature.
Her philosophy is based on the fact that one must spiral in and connect
with our own internal spark before one can spiral out and create meaningful
relationships and reach potential. Because
life is not about what happens to people, but about what happens between people!
She instills this in children from a young age through focused play. Most importantly to her though is the fact that she derives
so much learning and satisfaction from working with children, that this has
become a driving force in her life. Karen has done various public speaking on
numerous topics relating to children and their development including ADD/ADHD,
nutrition, natural healing, the power of massage, ritual work and self
expression. Karen will not only be
entertaining your children and give you peace of mind that they are taken care
of while you can relax, but will provide holistic and playful work in allowing
them to be a complete expression of themselves.
