I am very excited to let you know that I am  facilitating meditation and energy awareness groups on a fortnightly basis at Green Power House in Linden - a beautiful eco-friendly venue and well worth visiting.   I would be thrilled if you can join me .........

Many of us have been going through turbulent times at an unprecedented rate of knots - something we, as humanity, have never experienced before.  We all know that evolution is only going to speed up further with challenges becoming greater and lessons confronting us daily.  We are accountable for our words and actions on an instant basis.  To help us stay aligned, live in our truth and stay in the heart, we need to focus some time and attention to stilling our busy minds and connecting with our inner selves and the elements.  In the words of Mel, who attended the meditation on 19 May, “Yoga and meditation nowadays are ‘not an option’.  It’s only with these types of practices that we can remain balanced through these crazy times!”
