...situated in the magnificent nature conservancy of Zinkwazi - a unique costal eco-experience of endless golden beaches, lush indigenous forests and 8 kilometers of untouched lagoon on the exclusive Dolphin Coast of Northern KwaZulu Natal. The Zulus call it Zinkwazi, the home of the Fish Eagles... and their haunting cry is still part of the magic! Zenzi House is located within the pristine, secure Nkwazi Ridge Estate which offers a 30m lap pool, a tennis court and a Bali-Colonial style clubhouse as communal facilities. 

This newly built designer home, with its natural earthy textures and tones offers an opportunity to unwind in exquisite surrounds. Soak up the African sunshine lazing on the many wooden decks or splashing in the salt-water rim-flow pool... all whilst taking in the stunning sights of the seascape. 

Spend balmy evenings stargazing around the fire circle built within a fever tree grove or nippy winter nights indoors sipping merlot in front of the cozy, stone wood burning fireplace. 

The Main House         
The main house offers accommodation for 6 with 3 double bedrooms - all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioners and ceiling fans, and beautiful sea views. All linen is provided. 

The main luxury suite enjoys large stacker doors which sweep open onto two large private decks, each with breath-taking vistas of the vast Indian Ocean. Its en-suite bathroom boasts a free-standing stone bath for two, a large indoor and outdoor shower... all with marine views... a double vanity, separate toilet and a spacious dressing room. 

The open-plan living area includes a lounge, dining room, designer bar and kitchen with a scullery. The multiple stacker doors and windows all flow onto the surrounding deck areas and beautiful indigenous garden... bringing the outdoors inside. 

TV points provided... but perhaps we could entice you to rather be wholesomely stimulated by our collection of good books to read and array of fun games to play... a great way to spend time connecting with family and friends!

The dining room offers an indoor gas barbeque facility. The fully equipped kitchen is furnished with brushed aluminium appliances that include a large gas hob, extractor fan and a double door fridge/freezer. The scullery has a large double butler sink and full laundry amenities in the form of a state of the art washing machine and tumble drier set.

The Zenzi Cottage
The cottage provides spacious and comfortable accommodation for 2 with its open plan kitchen, lounge, bedroom and dressing room area. Large stacker doors lead onto a private deck that invites you to take in the panoramic ocean expanse. 

The kitchen comes fully kitted out with all required appliances and offers one the luxury of cooking on a gas hob. The separate bathroom leads onto a secluded wooden deck with a double outdoor shower. The double lock-up garage and extensive paved areas provide plenty parking. The entire establishment is alarmed and protected by an armed response security company. The house-keeper will take care of all cleaning and laundry requirements... ensuring that your surrounds are maintained and always pleasant This is NOT optional. 

The main house and cottage can be rented as one unit or separately. 

Minimum of 4 days per booking.s

Weekends that fall on public holidays are considered "in season".

50% deposit required upfront. The deposit will not be reimbursed if a cancellation is made within 1 month before the booked date.

The remaining 50% must be paid in full before tenants will be allowed to occupy the premises. The caretaker will not provide keys and access to the house/cottage unless she has received confirmation of full payment.

A damage deposit of 10% of total rate (minimum R2 000) is required.
